fix: add edge environment support with DMMF fallback

- Replace hard assertion with graceful fallback when Prisma.dmmf is unavailable
- Automatically convert model names to snake_case as fallback
- Fixes compatibility with edge runtimes and separately-generated Prisma clients
- Resolves #12
