phase 0 review fixes

- TEMPLATE.md: JSON year fields use "YYYY" placeholder instead of 0,
  so unfilled files fail validation visibly.
- TIMELINE.md 2024 section: remove PD-array nesting (it's a 2025
  ICT-2025-ADV-LIQUIDITY concept, not 2024).
- GLOSSARY.md: add ATH/ATL, EQ, HH/HL/LH/LL, NY, PDH/PDL, PMH/PML,
  PWH/PWL, and a timeframe shorthand section (M1...MN1).
